  I'd say go to Canal Boat Yard.
  Tim is the guy that runs things there and I know they're heading into their big haul-out season, He also lives on a great big boat right there in the Canal.
  Welcom back from down under.
  I'll be in the Bay of Islands waiting out the typhoons this time next year.
